【1對1快照，限網站購票】2024 SOOJIN FANCONCERT Summer Daze

關於一對一快照安排更正一事，我們收到了許多來自粉絲的寶貴意見。我們這幾天也一直持續與韓方溝通，期望能增加拍照名額或其他可以讓大家近距離見到藝人的福利。相較於其他城市僅開放100張pose的限額，台灣的SNAPSHOT活動最終將有100個名額，即每位中選者最多可合照4個pose。

請核對您手上票券上的「訂單號碼」，在抽選名單上的消費者請於活動當天16:00至福利櫃臺報到驗票。

對於未被選中的消費者，KKTIX 將會在45個工作天內直接「全額」刷退至原信用卡帳戶，消費者無須做任何作業(已領票者亦同)，您亦可在訂單內查詢退票、退款進度。因各家發卡銀行之作業流程不同，會員可於45-60個工作天後向發卡行查詢刷退紀錄。若過了上述時間點尚未收到退款，歡迎您發信至KKTIX客服中心詢問進度。

Regarding the adjustment of the 1:1 SNAPSHOT arrangement, we have received many valuable opinions from fans. Over the past few days, we have been continuously communicating with artist agency, hoping to increase the number of photo slots or provide other opportunities for fans to meet the artist up close. Compared to other cities which only offer a total of 100 poses, the Taiwan Snapshot event will ultimately have 100 slots, allowing each selected fan to take up to 4 poses.

The list of 100 selected participants for the 1:1 SNAPSHOT photo session is announced as above.

Please check the "Order Number" on your ticket. Those who are on the selection list should report to the welfare counter at 16:00 on the day of the event for ticket verification.

For those who were not selected, KKTIX will refund the full amount directly to the original credit card account within 45 working days. No action is required from the consumers (this also applies to those who have already collected their tickets). You can also check the status of your refund in your order. Due to different processes of each issuing bank, you may check with your issuing bank for the refund record 45-60 working days after the announcement. If you have not received the refund after this period, please feel free to contact KKTIX Customer Service Center for assistance.

首先，我們對於此次活動的溝通疏失，向各位致上最誠摯的歉意。因我司在活動細節上的溝通之疏失，導致在活動開賣前未能及時公告拍照限額，給大家帶來了不便，我們深感抱歉。

目前，我們已在知曉此規定後，第一時間停止了拍照券的販售。經過再次確認，SNAPSHOT 1對1快照活動的限額為100名。由於目前購買人數已超過活動限額，我們將採取抽選方式，從所有已購買拍照券的消費者中隨機選出100名購票者參與本次活動。

為了與台北SEOTANG們留下珍貴的回憶，這次除了FANCON以外，經紀公司也將在演出後舉辦“SNAPSHOT with SOOJIN” 1對1快照活動～即刻起，可於KKTIX購買

SNAPSHOT拍照券，即能於演出後現場與穗珍本人進行1對1的SNAPSHOT。

Special Event "1-on-1 SNAPSHOT with SOOJIN"

To create cherished memories with Taipei SEOTANGs, in addition to FANCON, the agency announces a special event: "1-on-1 SNAPSHOT with SOOJIN" will be held after the show. From now on, you can purchase SNAPSHOT vouchers on KKTIX, allowing you to have a 1-on-1 SNAPSHOT with Soojin herself at the venue after the show.

*演出現場亦能於KKTIX售票櫃檯購買，售票櫃檯設置時間為16:00-22:00

購票方式：僅能透過KKTIX購買

價格：NTD 600元 / 每個 POSE (每個人最多可購買4個 不同的POSE)

活 動 說 明

• 請參考海報合影POSE選項（A, B, C, D）事先選購想要與SOOJIN合照的POSE，每人至多可購買4個不同的POSE，同一POSE僅能購買一次，不得重複購買，現場亦不得要求退款。
• 若同一人購買一個以上之POSE，將一次進行不需重複排隊等候。
• 合照當下將依票券上選購的POSE與藝人進行合影。將由韓方工作人員使用合照人個人之手機合影，請於拍照前確認好自身的手機設備狀況與個人儀容。
• 照片不論任何原因皆無法重拍，亦不得於和藝人合照事後要求退款，購買前請慎重考慮。
• 現場僅接受合照人個人手機拍攝合影，個人手機之外的任何攝錄影器材不允許攜帶入場，經發現，主辦單位有權取消合照資格。
• 請在拍照後當下立即確認合影照片並自行留存檔案，離場後若有任何問題，主辦單位將不負任何責任，且無法進行任何退款。
• 活動進行時，請持SNAPSHOT拍照券以確保資格；同時，每位合照參與者需持有2024 SOOJIN 1st FAN CONCERT TOUR ‘Summer Daze’ in Taipei 門票，工作人員將於合照進行前檢核。
• 為使活動流程順暢，請務必遵守工作人員引導，現場不接受臨時更換拍照 POSE；若有任何不適當之行為，主辦單位有權中止拍攝。
• 合照活動將於演出與所有福利結束後進行，欲參與此活動之消費者請預先留下時間，若因現場合照時間無法配合，主辦單位將無法負任何責任，且無法進行任何退款。
• 主辦單位保留調整、變更與解釋本活動之權利。

Event Instructions:

• Please refer to the poster for the POSE options (A, B, C, D) and select the POSES you would like to take with Soojin in advance. Each person can purchase up to 4 different POSES, with each POSE being purchasable only once. Duplicate purchases of the same POSE are not allowed, and refunds cannot be requested on site.
• If one person purchases more than one POSES, they will be taken consecutively without the need to queue again. 
• During the event, the POSE selected on the ticket will be taken with the artist. The photos will be taken using the participant's personal mobile phone by the Korean staff. Please ensure your phone's condition and personal appearance before the photo shoot. 
• Photos cannot be retaken for any reason, and no refunds will be issued after the SNAPSHOT Event with the artist. Please consider carefully before making a purchase.
• Only personal mobile phones are allowed for taking photos at the venue. No other recording equipment is permitted. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the eligibility for those found violating this rule. 
• Please review and store your photo immediately after it is taken. The organizer will not be responsible for any issues after leaving the venue, and no refunds will be provided. 
• To participate, please ensure you have your SNAPSHOT voucher and a ticket for the 2024 SOOJIN 1st FAN CONCERT TOUR 'Summer Daze' in Taipei on hand. Staff will verify during the event. 
• To ensure smooth event proceedings, please follow staff instructions. Changes in photo POSES onsite will not be accommodated. The organizer reserves the right to suspend photography in case of any inappropriate behavior. 
• The event will take place after the concert and all benefits activities conclude. Consumers interested in participating should reserve time accordingly. The organizer cannot be held responsible for personal scheduling conflicts with the onsite shooting time, and no refunds will be provided. 
• The organizer reserves the right to adjust, change, or interpret the rules of this event.

購 票 方 式 說 明

1. 本節目網站購票僅接受已完成手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證之會員購買，購票前請先"加入會員"並盡早完成"手機號碼及電子郵件地址"驗證，以便進行購票流程。(進行手機號碼驗證，但收不到簡訊怎麼辦？請點我)
2. 為了確保您的權益，強烈建議您，在註冊會員或是結帳時填寫的聯絡人電子郵件，盡量不要使用Yahoo或Hotmail郵件信箱，以免因為擋信、漏信，甚至被視為垃圾郵件而無法收到『訂單成立通知信』。
3. 訂單成立通知信可能因其他因素未能寄達，僅提供交易通知之用，未收到訂單成立通知信不代表交易沒有成功，又或是刷卡付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試刷卡（即便收到銀行的授權成功的簡訊或電子郵件），若訂單逾期取消，則表示訂單真的沒有成立，請再重新訂購。一旦無法確認於網站上的訂單是否交易成功，請至會員帳戶的"訂單"查詢您的消費資料，只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的票券明細，若查不到您所訂購的票券，表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。
4. KKTIX系統沒有固定的清票時間，只要消費者沒有於期限內完成付款，未付款的票券就會陸陸續續釋放出來，消費者可隨時留意是否有釋出可售票券張數。
5. KKTIX網站購票：
   • 每筆訂單限購4個POSE，每位KKTIX會員限購16張
   • 付款方式：信用卡(VISA/MASTER/JCB)
   • 為強化信用卡網路付款安全，KKTIX售票系統網站導入了更安全的信用卡 3D 驗證服務，會員購票時，將取得簡訊驗證碼，確保卡號確實為持卡人所有，以提供持卡人更安全的網路交易環境。信用卡3D驗證流程為何？
   • 取票方式：全家取票(手續費每筆$30/4張為限，請於全家便利商店繳納給櫃臺)

退 票 說 明

1. 消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日)，購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請，請求退換票日期以收到退票申請日(未取票)或郵戳(已取票)為準，退票需酌收票面金額5%手續費，範例如下：

• 2024/7/12購買，退票截止日為2024/7/15 (含)，2024/7/16 (含)起的退票不再受理
• 未取票者：如欲辦理退票請於退票期限內至以下連結填寫表單

2. According to the second ticket return plan of Laws & Regulations of “Ministry of Culture”,  tickets are refundable with 5% return handing fee for three days ONLY after you purchase them. For example:

• Tickets purchased on 2024/7/12 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2024/7/15. Tickets mailed out on and after 2024/7/16 for refund will NOT be accepted.
• In order to process your refund request, physical tickets must be mailed to KKTIX before the due date. For KKTIX address, please refer to KKTIX REFUND POLICY.
• NOTE: If you choose Family Mart as ticket collect method, you will still need to pick up your ticket at Family Mart and send it to KKTIX.

 

注 意 事 項

1. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之通路、網站購票、也不要透過陌生代購進行購票，主辦單位與KKTIX均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
2. 若有任何形式非供自用而加價轉售（無論加價名目為代購費、交通費、補貼等均包含在內）之情事者，已違反社會秩序維護法第64條第2款；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第二項規定，將票券超過票面金額或定價販售者，按票券張數，由直轄市政府、縣（市）政府處每張票面金額之十倍至五十倍罰鍰，請勿以身試法!
3. 活動進行時，請持SNAPSHOT拍照券以確保資格；同時，每位合照參與者需持有2024 SOOJIN 1st FAN CONCERT TOUR ‘Summer Daze’ in Taipei 門票，工作人員將於合照進行前檢核。
4. 票券視同有價證券，請妥善保存，如發生遺失、破損、燒毀或無法辨識等狀況，恕不補發。
5. 請勿攜帶相機、攝影機、DV、錄音機入場，未經主辦單位同意，禁止拍照、錄影、錄音。
6. 本節目禁止攜帶外食、飲料、任何種類之金屬、玻璃、寶特瓶容器、雷射筆、煙火或任何危險物品。
7. 各表演場館各有其入場規定，請持票人遵守之，遲到觀眾需遵守館方管制。
8.  消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊，協助親友購買票券，應取得該個資所有人同意，一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」：「偽造、變造私文書，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」 ；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第三項規定：「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券，取得訂票或取票憑證者，處三年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。」，主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單，請勿以身試法! 
9. 購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意上述所有活動注意事項。
